This vegan ranch dressing can be made quickly and used as a chip dip, veggie dip, vegan chicken nugget dip, etc. Goes great on salads, too!
I love using this dip with my crispy cauliflower bites, it goes really nicely with the spicy sauce of the cauliflower.
An easy and delicious dairy-free ranch dressing suitable for using as a veggie/chip dip or in salads!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry green onion
- 2 tsp dry dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except dill to a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds. Stir in dill after blending.
- Pour into air-tight container and let the dressing marinate and chill for at least 1 hour before using.
