Vegan Ranch Dressing

An easy and delicious dairy-free ranch dressing suitable for using as a veggie/chip dip or in salads!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry green onion
  • 2 tsp dry dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except dill to a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds. Stir in dill after blending.
  • Pour into air-tight container and let the dressing marinate and chill for at least 1 hour before using.
