Many people have been asking for vegan recipes using non-perishable items such as canned food, dry pantry staples, etc. lately.
I think it’s a good idea to be prepared in case you or someone in your family gets sick, or if you aren’t able to go out shopping for food. So I have created this list of vegan pantry staples you can stock up on, and tasty vegan meals using those pantry items.
You can also download this list as a PDF.

This is amazing for a beginner like me. thank you!
Very helpful npost! Thanks for sharing it with us ? added few things to my grocery list that i missed.
This is a great comprehensive list! I find that i try to keep many of these pantry staples on hand anyway, but I’ve definitely bought a few more boxes just in case. Also – a good thing to have is pasta sauce — which can be doctored up with other pantry staples like canned artichokes, olives and wine!
We usually have a well stocked pantry, and lots of these are staples for us.
I keep all of these plus some other foods in my every day pantry, like instan soup, gray mixes, vegan instant black bean patty mix, ect
This roundup is amazing! We live in a hurricane-prone area and during these times of panic, I never know what to purchase foodwise. Normally I buy fresh foods, but this is a great list of things I can get and not have to worry about it going bad.
Glad you found the list helpful, Aimee!
this is such a great and helpful tool to have on hand. I love that you included lots of yummy recipes too.
