Ingredients
1Tbspwater
1Tbspsoy sauce(or coconut aminos)
1Tbspmaple syrup
1Tbspliquid smoke
1 1/2cupsunsweetened coconut chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then spread on lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the flakes after 10 minutes and checking for doneness at 15 minutes. When it's done it should be dry and medium brown.
Notes
Store the fully cooled coconut bacon in a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. You can add a packet of silica gel to help keep moisture off the flakes if you have one.
