Carrot, Orange, and Red Pepper Smoothie
This bright orange smoothie is packed with vitamin A and potassium and tastes delicious.
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup frozen apple
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 2-3 Tbsp red bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until silky smooth, about 45 seconds.
