How To Make Dalgona Coffee Without Instant Coffee
Making dalgona without instant coffee is easy & delicious using regular coffee and aquafaba.

- 2 Tbsp aquafaba
- 3 Tbsp strong coffee
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- soy milk (or milk replacement of choice)
Dissolve the sugar in the coffee and set aside.
Whip the aquafaba with an electric mixer until foamy (about 3-4 minutes).
With the mixer running, slowly add in the coffee & sugar mixture.
Pour your plant based milk of choice into a cup, 3/4 full. Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on to the surface of the milk.
