Vegan Chicken Salad

A vegan version of classic chicken salad. Eat it as a side dish or as a filling for sandwiches or wraps!

Chicken salad is the perfect dish to make and share for a large group, whether it’s for a family party or a school potluck.

In this recipe, I’ll show you how we make our vegan chicken salad at home. We usually make enough to use in our curried vegan chicken salad wraps or to have as a side dish.
