The easiest vegan brownies! Dense & chocolatey, these brownies make the best easy vegan dessert.
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegan butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp apple sauce
- 3 Tbsp water
- Preheat oven to 325° Fahrenheit. Line a 9"x9" baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients together then add the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool, then lift parchment out of baking dish and cut into squares.
