Making oat cream is a lot like making oat milk, with a few adjustments. To make the cream heavier we add vegetable oil, and the ratio of oats to water is a adjusted to be more dense.

Oat cream tastes great as a coffee creamer, and works well to make creamy soup bases since it has a very neutral taste.
